Who we are

Greenland Pathology Laboratory, 203, Second Floor, Greenland Glory, Greenland Chokdi, Kuvadva Road, Rajkot, Gujarat 360003. You can write to us at greenlandpathlab@gmail.com.

What we collect through this website

When you send an appointment request we collect:

your name and mobile number;
the test you were viewing, if you sent the request from a test page;
whether you ticked the box that allows us to contact you on WhatsApp;
the language you were using, and the date and time of the request.

We do not collect medical information through this website. Please do not type medical details or report results into the form.

Why we use it

We use your details only to contact you about your request, by phone, and on WhatsApp if you ticked that box.

Where your request goes and how long it is kept

A copy of each request is emailed to the lab's email inbox (greenlandpathlab@gmail.com). These emails are not removed by the automatic clean-up below. They stay in the inbox until the lab deletes them.
A copy is also saved in a request log on the website's server. Entries older than 90 days are deleted automatically.
To stop repeated spam requests, the website keeps an anonymised (scrambled) record of a visitor's network address for up to one hour.

Only the lab's staff see your request.

Reports on WhatsApp

We send a report on WhatsApp only if you ask us to. The lab sends it manually, after confirming your name and mobile number with you.

Other services this website uses

Google Maps shows the map in our Contact section.
Google Fonts supplies the text fonts. When a page loads, Google receives your device's network address.
WhatsApp opens when you tap a WhatsApp button. Messages you send there are handled under WhatsApp's own terms.
Gmail holds the email inbox that receives requests.

These services have their own privacy policies.

Cookies

The website sets one small cookie, called "lang", that remembers your language choice for up to one year. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies at present.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your request, including its email copy, by writing to greenlandpathlab@gmail.com. Please give the name and mobile number you used.

Changes to this page

If we change how we use your details, we will update this page and its "Last updated" date.
